Salvatore III got the opportunity to sit down with The Herd Report Podcast on Thursday to talk to Scott Beck about one of our semen bulls, SAV Bloodline 9578. He had such a great time talking shop with Scott about SAR, SEC Football, and of course Bloodline.

He told the origins of Spinelli Angus Ranch and how we got introduced to Schaff Angus Valley production sale. Sal had his eye’s on SAV Bloodline 9578 EPD’s back around the December time frame. So when we went up to see him in person at the SAV 2020 sale it just confirmed that “this is the bull we think we need.” Our operation could benefit from his sure, “mass, good feet, and good structure.” We honestly couldn’t get over how massive he truly was in person, so it became a no brainer when we went all in on him. .

Sal then went on to talk about how much passion we share for the cattle. We love seeing our, “hard work go through fruition when you see those calfs and you go wow. They are going to be special” its the best feeling in the world. We are so happy with our purchase with Bloodline and what his potential can have for our ranch.
